Delta Air Lines has more flights to Amsterdam than any airport outside North America. Of course, this is entirely due to its transatlantic joint venture (the highest level of cooperation) with Air France-KLM and Virgin Atlantic. Delta owns equity in the operators, all of whom are part of SkyTeam.
