Jo holds numerous certifications, including a Single and Multi-Engine Land Instrument Rating, Commercial Pilot Certificate, Certified Flight Instructor, and Certified Aviation Manager.

Currently, Jo is the Senior Vice President of Training, Education & Workforce Development at the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA), where she has been making significant contributions since 2001.
